Hi, my Glo HD suddenly stopped turning on a couple months ago (it gets stuck with the red led on) and I can't seem to be able to read the SD card contents. Tried charging, factory reset with the touchscreen and with the reset button but neither fixed the issue.

Would it be possible to get a copy of the image for Kobo Glo HD so I can try resetting it?
