Yeah, same. Paper itself (the smell, the weight, the texture and so on) does nothing for me.
But then I'm not a particularly nostalgic person overall. For me the past has never been something I miss or grow sentimental remembering. Even though I had a happy, carefree childhood and loving parents. I'm just not that type of person.
