I have never cared about the cost of a book whatever form it takes. I like to read and I spend whatever it takes to read a book I like. Stone, paper, electronic or beamed directly to my brain I don't care. The story is what is important not the physical form. Books are like sandwiches. The bread is there to hold the filling.
