I completely agree. I appreciate the program and hope they make improvements for future iterations. I did get an E-mail saying a technical specialist would review the case. I hope my frustrations can prevent future hassle for others.
Edit: Got an email acknowledging the error tonight and that my points were updated. Many thanks to the stonewalling rep who was hasty and adamant the only solution was to refund the titles.
