I’ve found the “score-keeping” Byzantine throughout this program. Most recently, I also was shorted on points for purchases, but I’m not going to pursue it. Similarly, had I gotten all those points, I would have rounded up to the next 400 point benchmark for the last time, but now it’s too big an outlay to justify. So those are purchases foregone, in addition to the last use of a $4 coupon where I would have spent over $4.

Oh, well. Overall, I feel as if I’ve come out ahead. As has Amazon, of course; it always does. Mostly I advanced purchases that I planned to make anyway, but no doubt I wouldn’t have got around to at least some of them.
