Make sure you're running the current version of LS (i.e., straight from github), and that you've got Python installed properly.
If necessary, run LS manually in a shell over USBNet to see what's failing.
(Also, this doesn't have anything to do with the plugin per se, so this discussion really belongs in the LS thread).
