The gate swings both ways on this issue. You’re comparing apples to toasters. But yes, I do posses a computer science degree from UMASS. And I do pay report and pay taxes on the income this side job provides – and yes it’s perfectly legal.

So no, you’re attempt to equate work with illegal file-sharing does not hold.
