Hello! I set my find duplicates to Soundex; ignore Author as you have. calibre returned 17081 duplicate groups (70458 books) in ~28 seconds. I have ~3 times more items total in my library than you do. I am using calibre 4.23
Edited to add: I was using plugin ver. 1.8.1, not the most current 1.8.10 for that search.
Edit #2. lol okay, I downloaded and installed most recent calibre 5.26 and Find Duplicates 1.8.10. Got same result as above, but a couple of seconds faster.
