Fast forward a decade, the bookshelves are again CRAMMED!
Now they are full of books that are *NOT* available as ebook.
I'm hopeless!

I had some of those converted to ebook. It's the cookbooks, instruction books and the books with maps that have to be kept.
My driver for eliminating paper is both my ability to read them in the first place and knowing I will be downsizing to a senior apartment within the next 10 years. Having lived in fairly roomy 1 bedroom apartments in the past, I know that I need the wall space for quilts, embroidery and family memorabilia (photographs, handmade glass, etc.). Just won't be room for books.
