Can you please send me an image for the Kobo Glo? I was updating my mums Kobo and it went dead while updating and now it is stuck on the update screen. I have tried to manually reset it and have copied over a firmware file to trey and fix it as in this thread (

Nothing is working. Your help would be much appreciated
