Sorry for not logging on earlier. I think that we are moving away from the problem I have, which is linked to amazon's setup. Calibre cannot influence that, unless someone corrects me factually. For the record, my laptop came installed with Win 10.
My problem with the azw format is minor. If there is no obvious solution, then so be it.
