I'm not sure I understand the comment between those lines of code. If the comment is about the preceding line you might have meant Always matches ABS_MT_TOUCH_MINOR? If the comment is about the following line, then I don't understand how the pressure could report 0 if ABS_MT_PRESSURE is elided.
