Wednesday night we had "remnants" of Ida, very heavy, heavy rain and some wind with tornado warnings. I'm in Manhattan, NYC, and I don't think there were any tornadoes here. I watched some of the street views on youtube. There was a lot of lightning for at least 2 hours during the evening.
Very nice weather the day after on Thursday. Sunny, 70-75 degrees and not humid. This is the kind of weather I want all the time, but it's not going to happen every day.
