So first you buy either a number of bell-peppers or pointed peppers in your supermaket (even better if you can get them at a farmers market). Put the whole peppers into your oven at high temperatures (or use a BBQ grill if you have one). Wait until the skin starts to peel off, so you can remove them for a better texture.

Next, cut an opening into the top and remove the white inner parts and the seeds. Now, depending if you eat meat, either fill them with a ground beef/ground pork mix or use feta cheese instead. You may even mix you ground meat and feta cheese.
Make sure that the filling is seasoned well, otherwise your stuffed paprika will be bland.

Now cook the stuffed paprika in a pre-heat oven for about 30 minutes (depending on the size) at around 180°C or 360°F.

Enjoy your stuffed paprika with a nice sauce and a glass of red wine.
