When I tried KOReader a year or so ago, it seemed to be possible to accomplish the same thing but I could not figure out how. I gave up.

I use the opposite configuration: 75% of the top to page forward and 25% of the bottom to page back. It is set from the advanced settings of the file explorer:
DTAP ZONE BACKWARD
h=0.25
w=1
x=0
y= 0.75
DTAP ZONE FORWARD
h= 0.75
w=1
x=0
y=0
If you want to use the bottom 2/3 to page forward and the top 1/3 to page back, the configuration would be as follows:
DTAP ZONE BACKWARD
h=0.33
w=1
x=0
y=0
DTAP ZONE FORWARD
h=0.66
w=1
x=0
y=0.33
