Be adventurous - Pick a page and choose one of the books on that page. Almost all my books are non-fiction because I've had a curiosity about everything all my life. To me, books are there to learn from. So, it really doesn't matter which book I choose at any time. I bought them and if I live long enough and curb my urge to buy more, eventually I'll read each one of them.
As I wrote before, I wrote a very simple Basic program (with what little I could remember from my High School computer class 48 years ago) to randomly pick my next book. You don't even need to go the tech route. Just pick a sort method in your mind (Recent, Author, or Title.) Then randomly pick a page number out of the number of pages of books you have. If you really feel bold, choose the number of the book down on the page. And stick with it. There have been times where I've said to myself, "I really don't feel like reading that book now." but I stuck with it and it turned out it was the best book I was reading at the time. I must point out that I read 4 books at a time, alternating every 10% or every chapter on long books. I don't know, it's just a fun system for me. Reading should be fun and it shouldn't be a chore to pick your next book.
