Ah, didn't know that. I'm looking at a bricked Kobo Aura HD. Doesn't want to boot up, no matter what I try (soft/hard reboot, factory reset, etc.).
The internal SD seems to work fine when I take it out and connect it to my computer. I do see some additional partitions (in Mac using Disk Utility) of around 268MB that are not mounted. I might have to check on a linux computer what kinds of partitions those are.
I assume it's not the screen either that is broken: I swapped the internal SD from my old Glo, and the Aura gave me a striped screen instead of he blank one from before.
Any suggestions how to unbrick it?
