Not much to go on. It
looks like (based on the titles included in each omnibus) these are omnibus reprints of the Ace/Daw books rather than the Del Rey ones. All six of the Ace titles are listed, rather than listing individual stories. These appear to be collections of the six Ace books with newer works inserted in their chronological place.
Again, I'm saying this based on the contents listing. So, take it with a grain of salt.
