Import into calibre (removing DRM if necessary), convert epub to azw3. sideload to your Kindle. If you are using the Kobo desktop app, the OBOK plugin (see Apprentice Alf or Harper for this) will remove DRM and transfer the downloaded Kobo books to calibre. If you are downloading directly, you need to use ADE to download the DRM encumbered books and then the DeDRM plugin to remove DRM (see the same apprentices as above). Non-DRMmed ebooks will download with names that are only meaningful to a computer but will import into calibre with the correct title/author (for the most part, I've seen some oddities).
