Downloaded it, but I'm now getting "maximum download limit exceeded" from Hathi Download Helper.

ADDED: It appears to download about 6 pages at a time, with a wait of about 5 minutes before it gets another 6 pages (or so).

Downloading a 682 page book will quite a long time, it seems.
