Try using Go To Link or Style when the cursor in CV is on a class attribute that exists only in the second css file, and visa versa. Does that take you to the proper css sheets?

Yep - a bug as the CV code that handles this only looks at anchor tags "a" and not "link" tags. I can fix that.
