What I'm saying is that you need to find a way to copy all of the book files from the folder tree that you now have and put the copies all into one folder, at which point you can drag and drop multiple books since they would then be all together in one folder. If you're on windows have a look at robocopy; seems to be new with windows 10 and has many options.
