Hello,

I'm not entirely sure what happened to my Kobo glow HD but I think halfway through an update it lost power now nothing works. The only thing that displays is that I need to charge the battery, but it won't charge.

Originally I thought it was the battery but I tested that with another Kobo glow HD battery and it works fine.

So now I'm wondering if the file structure or something on the SD card is toast.

If Anyone has an image can you please send it to me?
