I haven't read them yet, but Lindsay Buroker's Death Before Dragons series is UF and still in KU I think (I have them from her Patreon and plan to read them next year as I'm still making my way through her Emperor's Edge spin offs).
Her new Dargon Gate series is in KU but it is epic fantasy.
I think her penname stuff is in KU as well (as Ruby Lionsdrake). I enjoyed her Mandrake Company series earlier this year, but I listened to it in audio. Also it is SF.
