Been using the Elipsa to read programming books, and only just discovered how well the dropbox sync works. When I've made notes or highlights to the PDF, they sync over to dropbox and show just fine in a regular PDF application. If I delete the file completely from my Kobo, move it to a new folder in dropbox and download it again, everything is still there, and I can still do things like delete my notes that I made earlier. I was expecting the experience to be much worse.

Now, if we can get auto-cropping, ability to adjust pen size, and text-based (rather than free form) highlighting, this will be perfect for me.

(edit) Oh yes, and some way of easily browsing all my notes in the PDF.
