I can tell you that you don’t need nickelmenu to enable dark mode, you can add it to the config file, one of the 4.28.xx threads should have the details where within the config file to add it.

I can also say that while nickelmenu couldn’t toggle invert on/off that my Forma retained the invert setting when I updated to the last Elipsa only firmware (I believe it ended in 15 I just can’t check ATM) this way before I updated to a nickelmenu that geek added support for dark mode to so it’s possible he also fixed the invert support. I didn’t check because I prefer the dark mode option over the invert option.
