I haven't seen it at any grocery stores either. TJ Maxx has it and it works pretty well.

I agree with you about Target's setup being confusing. Once I was there during the Christmas shopping season and they actually had an employee directing customers to cashier stations. Wish they had that all the time, it was helpful.
