This will take some time, but this will restore your metadata, Which adding books will not (normally)

Does fanficfare add cover.jpg to fics that don't have covers? Most of the fics would have been downloaded from either Spacebattles, Sufficient Velocity, or Questionable Questing.
I usually use Fanfiction Downloader for fics from Pit of Voles (when I'm not using de-ffnet-izer), and AO3 has it's own export to AZW or MOBI so I don't need fanficfare.
