Windows 10 just does not recognize my Kobo Nia. I've tried all the tips I found in a 2018 thread from here. I bought a USB hub and my computer makes a noise when I plug in the hub that indicates it knows one is plugged in, but it doesn't recognize that anything is plugged into it. Kobo desktop, ADE, and Calibre all don't recognize the Nia, and I gather from what I read in the prior thread that contacting Kobo about this is useless, since OP of that thread said Kobo didn't even know what they were talking about. Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this? I haven't been able to find if there are drivers to install or anything. I'd appreciate any tips anyone has!
