The V1 Go bindings aren't up to date, so, that'd be a no
. I haven't hit the "merge" button on the latest update of the V2 bindings, but the code is there and up to date.
As for the rest, it's entirely up to which language you actually prefer
. (The Python/Lua bindings are currently pinned to master, though, pending a release, which is itself pending free time to actually finish some stuff).
