Don’t know if you have already successfully updated but I remember the main issues I encountered with the provided instructions were the bit about the hold button, which you already know about, and that I was not powering off the Muses properly at the step that calls for it. In order to do so, you need to hold the power button until the power off/restart small window appears and then select the power off button. I was initially not doing that but just closing my case and putting the device to sleep,
