I had literally the same issue, I went to reboot, was super tired and not paying attention and accidentally reset instead of restart (I want to punch who thinks putting restart next to reset was a good idea)
UYK was greyed out with either hotfix, I got it to work by putting the JB hotfix and KUAL update bin into the mrpackages folder and doing ;log mrpi in the search, after that everything seems to work fine again.
On firmware 5.13.6 and here's the specific files I used:
Update_KUALBooklet_44a61b6_install.bin
Update_jailbreak_hotfix_1.16.N_install.bin
