Hi David,

My daughter has been using the e-reader for 2 years. It's a Kobo Aura N236 1st Edition that I bought second hand knowingly: very little used by its first owner, the battery had a very reduced autonomy when I bought it for 20€: 2 days maximum.

Nevertheless it was satisfactory for my daughter. In the last few days, my daughter had reported a strange behavior of her e-reader, forcing her to restart it everyday.
Today, while she had been reading for 1 hour, the e-reader froze completely. Page 45 is still displayed.
Here is what I tried:
- recharge it but the led does not light up and it is not recognized by any PC even when testing different USB cords
- the manual reset from wiki does not work

How to know if it is the SD card that is dead or the battery?
Is 32 GB Sd card ok for this device ? Could you send me an image for it ?
