If you type "Graphic settings" on your search bar, you will get there. But you can also go to Settings > System > Video > Graphic settings (roll to the bottom).

There you can choose an app and set it to use dedicated GPU (or not).

This setting can also be configured on your Graphic Card app. In my case, I had it set on both, so I also had to disable on both.
