I'm a little confused. You said they wouldn't return it? Did they give you some sort of credit, instead, because they kept it?
I have an Aura One and it's great. The screen, however, will
never compare to my Kindle Voyage. It IS close to my Kindle Oasis (2019 edition) - my current main reader. I do, however, switch back and forth between the three when I want to vary my reading experience.
