I can only easily speak for my region (Will and Kankakee Counties) in Illinois with regards to positivity rate, and it's about doubled from a low of 0.9% to 1.6%.
That said, the statewide numbers with regards to cases and hospitalizations are teetering on the edge of needing to go back to the "bridge phase" unless Pritzker changes the rules again, as he has done several times.

My guess is he'll break the state back into multiple regions with regards to the reopening metrics since it seems that the surge in cases and hospitalizations seems to mostly be downstate.
