Question: Do you pass the Username / Password for the site

I have noticed for the last little while I have been getting partial stories in my epub ... it seems that site now does not allow you to see the story in its entirety unless you are logged in ... I have added my Username and password to the personal.ini file however and checked it a couple of times ...
If I log in via chrome or firefox I see the entire story ... when logged in ... if I am not logged in I see the story end where FFF stops as well ... this would indicate to me the credentials are not being passed ...
