I'm pretty sure that is an error in the SQL being used in the plugin. If a second "DateModified" column was added to a table, it would break so many other things. But, SQLite would return an error when they tried to do it.

I am pretty sure I know what it is, but, could you post the details of the error from calibre? Press the "Copy to clipboard" button and post that.
