epub2pdf paper size changes with "odd/even offset"
Conversion from epub to pdf with 6x9 output with L margin at 72 pt and R margin at 72pt comes out good and pdf properties say 6x9. But if I also add a printer offset of 36pt ("odd/even offset") the outside margin is good but pdf properties now says the output is 5.5x9 To test this more, with 18pt offset output reads 5.75x9 I am not sure, but I think the offset changes the paper width.
