I disabled my adblock extensions on Fireforx - no joy. Same with Safari.

INTERESTINGLY, before the above problem started (or before I became aware of it), on Firefox I couldn't access the 'Look Inside' feature to view the contents of ebooks. Now that issue has seemingly disappeared. And yet, while I still had that problem on Firefox, I had no issue on Safari.

But, I still have that issue of not getting my downloads using both web browers.
What you need to do to fix this problem is to allow popups from https://www.amazon.com and that will fix the problem downloading your eBooks.
