First glass from a new batch of faux San Pellegrino. I had to dig DEEP into my old chemistry skills to rework the formula when I ran out of a key ingredient and Amazon only had a relative of it. (Calls for calcium carbonate - CaCO3 - but I could only order Calcium Chloride - CaCl2. Requiring me to drop the salt (NaCl) to keep the Chloride levels right, and tweek a couple of others to compensate for the lower sodium.)
Good news is, it seems right. Actually, I can't taste a difference, so I must have gotten pretty close. And I'm going through a LOT of it this summer, with the weather we've been having.
