Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Look & Feel > Main Interface > Icon Size. Set it to a smaller one and see if it helps.

With the fonts though makes me think there's DPI shenanigans going on. Right-click on a blank area of desktop and click Display. Under Scale & Layout, is that above 100%?
