I do, too. In fact, I removed that 'do-nothing' cover and put the beautifully lurid cover on my copy.
Your image reminds me of an old ebook (?) I have with eyeballs on it - some kind of food seasoned with eyeballs - but I can't remember the name of the book. The newest cover is a bit different. I'll see if I can find it on calibre and then post the cover so we both can relish it. Get it? Relish!
