I greatly enjoyed Jordan's Conan stories and that led me to snap up Eye of the World when it first appeared in mass market paperback. There was another pretty good Conan author back in those days, something Green or Greene IIRC, maybe Steven? Or was it Perry? I did a quick search but can't find him...
