hosted here.
I'm not comfortable offering much more help than that for downloading paid content.
I would probably not accept contributed code for downloading paid content at this point.

Look at FFF's 'Get Story URLs from Web Page' feature. And this FAQ about
mass updates. The same cautions apply to mass downloads. My general rule is no more than a dozen stories at a time.
