Where are you trying to install it to? The directory may be protected. Windows 10 introduced a lot of security features and one blocks writing to what it classes as protected directories especially the Documents folders and similar.
P.S. As a rule you need to provide details such as OS used, where you are installing to and so on. We can only guess what is happening with just a simple error message. The more details explaining what you are doing, where you are doing it and exact error messages all help us to help you.
