Kobo was reset by mistake and lost all the books.
Connecting to PC displays no files or file structure on the reader (no .kobo folder) or database files.

- I've tried factory reset, no luck.
- I've connected to app, but does not recognize my reader.

Software version: 1.9.12(10/16/14)

Is it possible to use the sd image to restore?
If so, can someone please post the link?

Any help is appreciated.
