I had to convert it to kepub in Calibre before sending it previously, but with your beta it sent the epub to Libra in 10 seconds, and it landed as a kepub.
I tried again to send the dictionary to Elipsa, got the following error message after 3 1/2 minutes:

That is probably due to the other errors. It is basically just a coverall for an error communicating with the device.

That starts with a couple of errors loading plugins. The first is for the Kepub Output plugin. There is a code error in a line. But, that line doesn't match anything in the current code. In fact, it looks like a fairly old version. You should either reinstall the plugin through the plugin installer, or install the beta version I attached above.

For the rest, the log stops before it gets to sending a book to the device. In fact, it hasn't even finished getting the list of books from the device. It would probably be better to attach the log file rather than pasting it into the text of the post.
