First-time Calibre user, here. In the Welcome Wizard dialog box I'm asked to set up a GMX email account in order to automatically email books to my Kindle.

But when I try to do that, I get an error message from the GMX page after I enter a name for the email account.

The wizard offers to let me use a Hotmail account, but Hotmail doesn't exist anymore. I can't use my Windows Live account because Windows Live won't let me pick a password I can remember.

Is there anything else I can do?
