Hi!

I don't know how (no blows or anything has been given) my Oasis 2 (9th generation) has the screen broken, but the glass is fine.

An e-ink stain has appeared that prevents you from seeing a third of the screen.

On Amazon they tell me that they don't repair the screens, and it's out of warranty.

Any ideas?
